Free from the shackles of the indie band format, ex-Karmatruffle frontman Blake delves deep into his record collection to produce a unique blend of sounds. Sixties pop and soul, seventies rock and eighties electronica compete in tales of heart-break, fantasy, faith and confusion. Playing all the instruments himself, Blake writes at a prolific rate. His sixth solo album, Latest Pop Sounds, was released on 11th January and his new double album, The Parousia, was released on 27th July 2010.
