~TWO NEW TRACKS "STUNT MAN" AND "THE ROCK 'N' ROLL POSTER YEARS" NOW READY AND UPLOADED FOR YOUR LISTENING PLEASURE~

THE UNTITLED STATES are a talented and experienced band from Stoke-on-Trent in the Midlands. Steve, James, Tom ("the Gun") and Elliot have combined a musical fusion of Indie/Rock, Electronica, Reggae and Pop to produce a unique Post-Indie sound and are presently hot property on the gig scene around London and the Midlands.
The lads have played alongside each other for 4 years in a band more commonly known to some as 'JUNCTION 15', they started making their way by playing covers in pubs and bars - sometimes gigging up to 6 venues a week.
The songs, which are available to listen to and buy from this site (....plug those tunes baby) - are written by Steve and James and gradually worked their way into the gigs

THE UNTITLED STATES was founded by Steve and James. From his studio, Steve has been producing his own music for almost 10 years now - with an album, two e.ps, television adverts, radio play and some cool collaborations under his belt. All the music and some vocals ("April" and "Storms") is performed by Steve, with James adding his beautiful raw voice to all the tracks including the mesmerising electro track "P.U.S.H" and the incredibly catchy "Lately"


GIGS
The States are confirmed Saturday night headliners for 'THE OTHER FESTIVAL' (book tickets at www.veedubya.com) - a new 3 day camping festival to be held on the 27th & 28th May 2006, at Escot park in Devon, but in the meantime, you can catch all the info on forthcoming gigs on this site, as well as booking and contact details, pictures in the gallery, forthcoming merchandise and....of course, the tunes themselves
We are also going to be on The Other Festival's artist forum.

UNTITLED STATES ARE NOW DOING A RESIDENCY AT THE LOUNGE IN STONE HIGH STREET. THIS IS NOT YOUR NORMAL GIG NIGHT OH NO! EVERY 3rd THURSDAY UNTITLED STATES WILL BE PLAYING AN ACOUSTIC SET WITH A CHILLED OUT ATMOSPHERE TO START OFF YOUR WEEKEND. NEXT
Over the coming months the States are very busy. They start work recording a new demo that will feature new tracks and live versions of their most popular songs to-date; cross collaborations with top drum n bass producers 'Specimen A' and, of course, a busy gigging schedule at venues in London, Leeds, Birmingham and Stoke (- the gig list will be updated as and when we receive solid confirmation)
