We've a last minute gig at the Planet tomorrow night. Not sure about times and stuff, but i suspect it'll be earlier rather than later.

Just noticed it's been a month since i wrote anything on here, which in itself speaks volumes for our lack of gigging activity.
Still, fortunately that's going to change shortly. We're headling the Little Civic on Tuesday 1st August, and are giggin regularly from then on until October time. Check out the gig section for more info.
We're also hoping to begin recording again at the end of the month, so keep checkin here and over at
our myspace page for information about that.
Cool, see some of you soon no-doubt.
Carl - TAP.
p.s. we got reviewed over at
Plastic Ashtray this week - check it out and join their forum.

That is all.

Hey. Due to me fuckin the ligaments up in my ankle and subsequently being unable to walk for the time being, we've had to pull the gigs this weekend at the Varsity and at Keele. Sorry to anyone who was planning to come down. Hopefully we'll be up and running again before the next scheduled one at the Broadway in August.

Cheers to everyone who turned out on Sunday at the Broadway, it was a top night. From my experience, all-dayers have a tendency not to work, but this one did and we were really glad to be part of it. Lady Rain and Against The Wheel were 2 bands who struck the balance between being really good on stage, and nice folks off of it, and you could do worse than to check them out.
We've a couple of dates coming up this weekend, the first in the familiar setting of the Varsity, the second in the lest familiar settings of the Pig and Rat in Keele. As always we'll have free Cd's and Badges for anybody yet to have one.
Til then,
Carl.

Our gig at The Wheatsheaf Sunday has been cancelled. We've had no explanation at the moment, so i can't give you one. Still, no need to despair, we'll still be at the Broadway Sunday evening. We're on stage at 10pm, but get there early as there are quality bands on all day.
Coolio.

Thanks to everyone who turned out on Friday, we really enjoyed it and we hope you did as well.
We're at the Varsity this friday, before we play 2 gigs on one day on Sunday 28th March. First of all we're at the Wheatsheaf (3.30pm), before we shuffle on down to the Broadway where we'll be on stage at 8.30.

Hey everyone, the demo has landed and it's available both here and at our
Myspace page for you to check out.
We like it, and we hope you like it as well. Feel free to leave us your thoughts, we'd love to get some reaction, be it good or not so good. Also, if anyone has any trouble downloading them, or would just like a CD, then let us know and we'll get one to you asap.
Relievedly,
Carl.

Ok, so further to the update below, the demo still isn't ready. There are number of reasons for this, all of which are driving me to the brink of insanity. With any luck, it might be done before the end of the week, or even today. I doubt it, but you never know.
We're also a bit short on gigs at the minute as you may have noticed. We're doing our best to change this, but it's proving a bit more difficult than usual. We do have a couple of gigs awaiting confirmation tho, so keep checking the gig section for updates. And as always should anyone have any slots they need filling speak to Craig or Ant. Same goes for gigs. (Boom Boom).
Ah god, i've gotta laugh. Because i will cry.

Boyakasha. We're performing at 'Sunday of the Dead' this sunday at the Flapper and Firkin. It'll be our first gig for a while so we're looking forward to it.
Also, for those of you who are interested, our recording is almost done. For one reason or another, it's unlikely that it's going to be done for Sunday, but should be finished by the end of next week. At the latest. I hope. On a brighter note tho, (and thanks to our good friend, the ever helpful Justin) all the artwork is done and ready to go. And it's ace!
Check ya badself.

We're at the Varsity tomorrow (Friday) night which'll be our last gig for a month or so. We should have a couple new gigs confirmed by the end of the week and i'll post details of them on here as soon i have them. If we don't see you tomorrow night, we'll hopefully see you in April, armed with our first full demo and hopefully the odd new song as well.
Bye for now.
Carl.

Don't forget that we're at the Mitre tomorrow (Saturday) night. We're putting the gig on ourselves alongside our interview buddies,
The much bummed Southern Cradle, so we'd really appreciate people turning out. Plus it'll be a laugh, and rumour has it we even have a compere for the evening. Excited? You should be!
Be there or be square.
Carl.

Thanks to everyone who came to the gigs at the Med-bar and the Broadway. Also, special thanks to the few people who always seem to make it to our gigs, irrelevant of time or place. You know who you are and we really appreciate it.
For those of you who may be interested, we took part in an interview for the internet radio station
Monochrome Museum alongside those funky-fellows from
The Southern Cradle after last nights gig. I use the term "interview" in the loosest possible manner, as it was audible chaos for the most part. Still, it was funny as fuck (to do anyway - to listen to may be another matter entirely) and it's available from their website mid-day this Saturday. Thanks to Moll the Bat and John for taking an interest!

Hey Hey, just a reminder that we have a couple of gigs at the end of the week. The first is on Sunday as part of a salvo alldayer at the Medicine Bar - check
here for more details. We're on first tho, so you'll have to be there for 4.30 to catch us. We're also playing at the Broadway the following evening with The Southern Cradle. I've linked to them numerous times on here already, so just scroll down and click away!
Word.

Holla. We're playing at the Rock Cafe tonight with the Fuzz, the Skeksies and Interflare. I would link these bands but i'm short on time so just google them. Don't know what time we're on, but I have a feeling it'll be earlier rather than later.
Sound, hope to see some of you later.
Carl.

Thanks to the folks who turned up for our gigs at the weekend. Friday at Katy's was particularly enjoyable i thought, so nice one to those who made it. There were even rumours that we may have smiled during the set, but we're moving swiftly to destroy all evidence of this.
I've added the remaining songs from our broadway gig to the site, and there'll be a change around on our
Myspace Page shortly as well. We're 2/3rds of the way there in terms of choosing songs for our recording as well, so hopefully they'll emerge sometime this century. Hopefully!
"Ssssshhhh".
Carl.

Another last minute gig: We're gonna be playing at
Edwards No8 on Thursday night. Don't know who else is playing, but we think we'll be on sometime between 8 and 9. With the gigs on Friday at
Katie Fitzgerald's and the
Hibernian on Saturday, that's 3 gigs in 3 days. Quite impressed with that myself.
Safe.

Oh me oh my. Tuesday. Car Breaking Down + Sore Throat + Wanker of a soundman = Quite a shambles. Still, thanks to everyone who made it down or stuck around to watch us, and thanks to Matty from
Camorra for sorting it. Next up, we're at the Crown in Brum on Sunday. There's a few cool bands on and we hear the beer is gonna be on offer as well, so it should be a cool night. But then i always say that.
Carl.

We're playing a last minute gig at
The LA Rock Cafe in Cannock tomorrow night. Any support in this unchartered territory will be muchly appreciated, and rewarded with free drinks from Craigy.

As you can see, we finally have some tracks up! Sorry if i seem a little excited, but it's about fuckin time isn't it?
It's a live recording from the Broadway, so many thanks to Ian/"The Mule" for taking the trouble to do that for us. It's a little raw/shouty in places, but it's us and it's a recording so i'll settle for that. I've only had chance to get 3 tracks up so far, the other 3 will probably appear on
Smackdown! sometime over the weekend. If you get chance, be sure to let us know what you think. Finally, we're also going to playing at the Rock Cafe on the 21st February. More details when we get them. Bye for now.
Carl.

Thanks to everyone who showed up Saturday. Apart from everything going wrong, it was a pretty cool night. Cheers to anyone who signed the mailing list as well, we're forwarding the details to various sales and marketing companies as we speak. Seriously tho, we really do appreciate it.
Carl.

Hey again. We're gonna be playing at the Varsity on Saturday if anyone's about. As it happens,
The Southern Cradle are gonna be there on Friday, so we'll be there pretty much all weekend. You should join us, only works out at £6 for 7/8 bands over the 2 nights. That's even cheaper than the Hard Fi album.
