in a small room - the solo album from neil kelly

'...From one room at home in Bristol, he has managed to shape ten tracks of claustrophobic beauty. Part classic singer/songwriter, part ambient beeps and swirls, this is chill out psychodrama and confessional trance...'

- review by overplay [read]

neil is a songwriter, performer and producer who, over 2004/5, recorded at his home studio a debut ten track album, in a small room, with guest vocals from choi from there he has worked continuously recording new songs and film soundtracks - the last one being his second short film with the itv west television workshop called seahorse

in 2002, neil's former band, Redruth, released their modern architecture EP to a popular reception and record label interest - Redruth broke up after the EP but neil continued to write and worked towards recording his own album - music on this site includes songs from Redruth's EP and neil's film soundtrack work - cd copies are also available to order online from the merchandise tab
