Review by John Earls, Teletext:

If I Had A Hi-Fi, 100mph
****
ifihadahifi@hotmail.co.uk

Citing Manics and Jimmy Eat World as influences, the Southampton quartet live up to both their own great band name and their idols' energy.

Never mind 100mph, it's over within 100 seconds as they tear out of the blocks to encapsulate youthful disgust with a fiery, infectious zeal.

It sounds nothing like Green Day or The Clash, but it's very punk in attitude.
